Sola Unitas Academy is a professional coach training and executive coaching company. We were established to provide superior and transformative coaching and consulting services to individuals, teams and organizations, world-class training in coaching and human development. As a team, we have years of experience providing trainings and consulting services.

We believe all of us have a hero inside with sufficient wisdom, power and all tools. Coaching relationship is a process of providing awareness while facilitating the clients to discover their inner wisdom through their own answers. This process makes lasting changes in the lives of our clients.

Human beings with their wholeness have choices to create differences in the world. Each part of our lives (work, relations, love…) affects the other parts. We train coaches to see the individual and not the issue and coach the clients being the cause not the effect.

Our coaching philosophy focuses on who really is the client. We also teach our coaches to focus on their clients’ strenghts and appreciate them as they are without any judgement.

Sola Unitas Academy Coaching Program as “Advancing the Path to Core Coaching Masteries” is an “Accredited Coach Training Program- ACTP” by International Coach Federation (ICF). Our program is recognized by Association for Coaching (AC) and licenced by International Association of Coaching (IAC).

Sola Unitas has oversee partnerships with TME College (The Management Group) – an Australian College, and Success Motivation, a Singapurian Training Company specialized in Emotional Skills.

Sola Unitas Academy is a Licenced Delivery Center for Paul Ekman International in Turkey. Dr. Paul Ekman (born in1934) is a psychologist, pioneering in emotions and facial expressions, has created an atlas of emotions with more than ten thousand facial expressions, and has gained credibility as "the best human lie detector in the world".

Paul Ekman had an experience on this research more than 40 years. He was ranked 59th out of the 100 most cited psychologists of the twentieth century by Time’s Magazine. Based on this breakthrough Paul Ekman International plc has been established to make emotional skills and deception programs accessible across the world.
